India, I was with you when that picture was made of that cute little girl in the pink swim suit . You were making a lei of yellow blossoms on Koror, Palau - different from the plumeria one you made for me on Guam. Remember our watching the frog on the lily pad when you tried to catch him?
That was a wonderful vacation! You and your little brother Solon, the recent BSW $10,000 winner - interrupted your swim in the resort pool so you could pet the parrot brought by some friendly people who wanted to attract your attention and take your pictures? Both of you were real winners then and still are!!
We loved being with you there then - and wherever/whenever we had a chance to enjoy your presence. Our times spent with you were too few, but they are treasured so very much. We love you - and I couldn't think of a better lady to carry my name forward.
